Spinning – Capacity 6200 Rotors – 100% Cotton/Polyester Cotton
Blended Yarn 1500 Mt/Month
The Company have latest technology for cotton yarn spinning with a
total outlay of 6200 Rotors from world-renowned spinning technology of
RIETER equipped with latest quality control equipments combined with
computerized information system. The company have universally
recognized and accepted high reliability quality control equipments
for its Quality Control department to constantly monitor input, in
process and output material. Thus impeccable high quality yarn
confirming to uster standard is produced.
Machines – RIETER's UNIFLOC- UNICLEAN- UNIMIX – UNIFLEX – CARDS – C-51 –
DRAWFRAME – SB-951/RSB-951 – OPEN END – R1/R20 AND TRU.
The Process Involved In Open End Spinning Is Blow-Room, Carding,
Drawing And Open End Spinning.
1. TESTING OF FIBRES:
Strict quality tests for fibre length, fineness, strength, maturity,
rigidity, fibre friction and strctural features are carried-out on
raw-material – fibre procured and then only it is allowed to use
in mixing.
2. BLOW ROOM:
This is first stage of yarn formation where cotton is passed
through opening and cleaning and homogenously
blended to form uniform mass by using RIETERS world known blow-room
technology for extremely gentle handling of material and top
level of cleaning, Contamination if any is removed during cleaning and
inspection of cotton manually as well as through control system and
equipment by skilled man power.
3. CARDING:
The raw material cleaned from blow-room is uniformly cleaned in carding. The fibre undergoes carding to remove short fibre and
eliminates impurities and dust to provide additional orientation and
alignment of individual fibers. The Carded lap is removed by doffer
cylinder in the form of sliver, which undergoes additional blending to
improve uniformity and density done by latest generation of Carding
machinery from RIETER.
4. DRAWING PROCESS & AUTOLEVELLING:
Drawing process improves the quality of evenness and
homogenization of fibers. The cotton sliver is made ready for
being processed into yarn. The sliver passes through latest model of
RLETER SB-951and RSB951 and is systematically and evenly thinned
out.
5. OPEN END:
Spinning of yarn is carried-out on Open End machine by further drawing
of sliver to achieve the required fineness.
6. YARN CONDITIONING DEPARTMENT:
The aim of conditioning is to provide lasting improvement in yarn
quality by supplying the necessary moisture in a short time.
Conditioning enhances in yarn properties.
7. PACKING:
Each individual cone of yarn undergoes Ultra-Violet Ray checking. Yarn
is packaged in poly-bags and put into cartoons or packages as per the
request of the customer to be transported around the world.
